Courses
Our courses are delivered on farms, working with cows. Our trainers are very experienced hoof trimmers. However, they retain an enthusiasm pass on their knowledge to farmers and trainee hoof trimmers. The number of participants at our courses is limited to 12. This ensures that each participant gets plenty of opportunity to get “hands-on” practice using hoof care equipment. This also ensures that there is ample time for good communication and knowledge transfer leading to an enjoyable learning experience for all.

Farmer Hoofcare & Herd Lameness Management
On this course you will learn about the importance of regular hoof maintenance, how to detect and deal with common hoof conditions causing lameness that can impact the productivity of your dairy herd. The common causes and risk factors that contribute to lameness will also be explained.
